Extra Small- 18 inches across the top. Recommended for necks 9-12 inches. 

Small- 21 inches across the top. Recommended for necks 13-15 inches.

Medium- 26 inches across the top. Recommended for necks 16-20 inches.

Large- 33 inches across the top. Recommended for necks 21-25 inches.
